One pilot and crewmember T-shirt is included. Additional T-shirts costs 50 euro per crewmember. Please note that it is a requirement that at least one person from the team that are present during the mandatory briefings and gas fueling, speaks and understands English.
The following documentation must to be uploaded via the Fiesta page NO LATER than 1 month before Fiesta start. Some documentation can be required to show at the Fiesta check-in, especially if expiring between upload and Fiesta start.
- Valid medical
- Certificate of registration
- Valid pilot certificate
- Valid insurance
- Valid ARC
- Pages from the pilot logbook, showing at least 10 take-offs/landings, 6 hours of PIC and one FI(B) flight within the last 48 months.
The following documents and information must be sent sent after acceptance to the Fiesta
- Picture of the pilot
- A copy of payment
- Picture of the balloon flown during the event
Please be aware that the trailer parking is not under surveillance, and the responsibility and risk are thereby on the owner of the trailer. The site is however on a private property owned by the Fiesta director and deputy director and are partially fenced.
